Mary Ward Dwyer, 88 of Harwich, MA died Friday, August 3, 2012 surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late John F. Dwyer.

Born in Quincy, MA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph P. and Elizabeth Ward. She was a former manager for the Ruth Lee Dress Shop in West Dennis.

She is survived by her children Leslie Pike of Oxnard, CA and Mary Malone of N. Attleboro and the late Robert Dwyer, her 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and her sisters Elizabeth McDevitt and Lillian Mahoney, both of Weymouth.

Friends and relatives are invited to meet at the Morris, O’Connor & Blute Funeral Home, 678 Main St., Harwich Center on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 10 am with a funeral mass to follow at Holy Trinity Church, West Harwich at 11 am. Burial will be at Island Pond Cemetery, Harwich.
